Please note the following in the order notes at checkout: 

• Thread color (can be almost anything) - please be aware that thread color pictured above may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, monitor screen brightness, etc. 

• Name or monogram initials (format for monogram: first, last, middle. For both first & middle names, they will be on two lines, not one) 

• Font for name / monogram (pictured font above is “Palmer”) 

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING & TYPE NAME EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT TO APPEAR ON THE BASKET - some fonts are only all capital or lower case 

Please include any other SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS in the order notes. 

If no special instructions are noted for anything specific, we will do regular formats / what looks best for each name accordingly!
