Cancellation / Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations at this time; once your order has been paid for, it cannot be cancelled and/or refunded since everything ordered from us is made to order and final sale. This applies to both regular orders (found on my website) and custom orders.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED. Once you receive your item(s) we cannot accept any returns or exchanges, as all items are made to order and final sale.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately by email or any of our social medias if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
