When will my order ship?

Each item is individually made & packaged by me (one mama)! Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks (7-14 days). This is based on the time you pay for your order to the time it is ready to be shipped or picked up! This does *not* include holidays.

How long does shipping take?

We use both UPS and USPS for shipping carriers. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped from us! If you feel that you should've received shipping info but do not see it, please check your spam folder. Shipping times for carriers will vary depending on holidays, weekends, etc.

I have a question about my shipped order!

Once your order has shipped, your point of contact for any and all shipping questions or concerns will need to be directed to the shipping carrier. If your order has been marked as delivered but you do not see it, please immediately contact the shipping carrier to inform them of this - as all packages are insured up to $100.

We only know what your tracking information states, but we will do our best to assist you with any questions that can be answered on our end!

What if I am local and don't need shipping?

We offer FREE local pickup for those of you who are nearby! If you choose the local pickup option at checkout, you will be notified by email or SMS once your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Since all items are made-to-order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. By providing size charts and different color options, we want to ensure you are able to choose the perfect size and/or color for your order!

What is your Cancellation/Refund Policy?

Unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations at this time. Furthermore, we cannot issue refunds for orders since cancellations are not accepted.

However, if you received your order and it has been damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right!

CUSTOM ORDERS

Do you take custom orders?

YES. We are happy to help with any custom requests you may have! You can email or message us on social media to start your custom order. Customs may incur a small fee!

Do you accept bulk orders?

We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders for your business, team, private organization, or any other group!

We do NOT offer wholesale (selling in large quantities at a low unit price to retail merchants).

ADDITIONAL INFO

I forgot to enter a discount code at checkout, can I get refunded for this?

Unfortunately, we cannot send refunds for the amount that a discount code would've removed from your order. Please be sure to enter any discount codes at checkout before submitting!

Discount codes cannot be applied to custom orders.
