Shipping Policy

With each shirt being individually made & packaged by me (one individual Mama) and the influx of orders we experience around the Fall/Winter months, the current turnaround time is between 1-2 WEEKS (7-14 days). This is based on the time you pay for your order to the time it is ready to be shipped or picked up - this does not include holidays.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS/EXCHANGES - PLEASE BE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK THAT ALL OF YOUR INFO IS CORRECT BEFORE ORDERING. If you experience an issue with your order, however, please contact us so we can make it right.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING A SEASONAL ITEM OR SOMETHING YOU HOPE TO HAVE BY A SPECIFIC DATE, PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE ACKNOWLEDGED & UNDERSTAND OUR TAT BEFORE DOING SO.

ALL ITEMS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER, meaning they are individually handmade by me after your order has been paid for/submitted.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS HAVE THEIR OWN INDIVIDUAL TAT - please be sure to read all item descriptions before purchasing, as this information would be stated there if so. 

If you choose the Local Pickup option, you will be notified by email or SMS once your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Shipping times for carriers will vary depending on holidays, weekends, etc. However, you should receive estimated shipping information from the carrier once I fulfill your order.
